STANDARD OVERHAUL INCLUDES: All required inspections per OEM for “overhaul criteria”, All parts required to re-assemble after inspection disassembly (Overhaul Kitted Parts) and Labor.
Included in operation: planet gear shaft, bevel wheel, 5 planet gears, 10 self-aligning bearings, fixed ring, MGB upper housing, conical housing, planet gear cage, and rotor mast. The planet gear shaft is driven by the bevel wheel. The planet gears are equipped with 2 self-aligning bearings each. The fixed rings is placed between the MGB upper housing and the conical housing. The planet gear cage drives the rotor mast. The epicyclic is involved in the second reduction stage of transmission linkage. The planet gears are driven by the planet gear shaft, causing them to rotate around the fixed ring. The planet gears drive the planet gear cage in rotation, and in turn, the planet gear cage transmits the rotation torque to the rotor mast. This would occur after reduction. Lastly, the planet gear shaft would drive the oil pump in rotation.
